The Challenge

The Rome Centre's Energy for Growth programme channels finance into clean-energy projects across Africa. Moving to a public, competitive intake process required a GDPR-compliant pipeline platform — webforms, validation, secure document handling, and live dashboards — that the Centre's team can own and extend.

Our Role

We are designing and building the intake and pipeline data platform on Microsoft Azure and the SharePoint ecosystem:

• Dual Intake Forms — Concept-note and full-proposal submission flows with interactive validation;
• AI-Assisted Consistency Checks — Automated review of submissions and uploaded documents, with applicant feedback loops;
• GDPR-Compliant Database — Role-based access, audit-ready governance, and structured project records on Azure;
• Live Pipeline Dashboards — Real-time visualisations integrated with the UNDP website.

The Challenge

The aviation industry needed a registry to track, verify, and issue Sustainable Aviation Fuel credits with full traceability and zero double-counting — aligned with international standards.

Our Role

We designed and built one of the world's first operational book-and-claim registries for SAF:

• CORSIA & RSB Aligned — Built to meet ICAO CORSIA and RSB verification standards;
• Chain-of-Custody — Full traceability from fuel production to credit retirement;
• Zero Double-Counting — Independent issuance with cryptographic safeguards.

The Challenge

KH Marque collects used cooking oil across Southeast Asia and transforms it into low-carbon feedstock for Sustainable Aviation Fuel, Renewable Diesel, and HVO. Credible 88–93% GHG-savings claims and ISCC EU certification depend on cryptographically-verifiable, end-to-end traceability — from thousands of grassroots collection points through purification to delivery — and on telling that story clearly to airlines, refiners, and regulators.

Our Role

We built Green Tracker — the operational platform behind KH Marque's compliance story — plus the public site that presents it:

• Collector Portal — Suppliers across Malaysia and Singapore log volumes and provenance from restaurants, hotels, canteens, and street vendors at the point of collection.
• Buyer Portal — Aviation and energy buyers receive verified batches with carbon-intensity reporting and audit-ready documentation.
• Chain-of-Custody Engine — Every batch logged with real-time traceability, X.509 digitally-signed records, and chain of custody intact end-to-end across Collection → Purification → Certification → Distribution.
• khmarque.com — The public-facing site presenting the mission, scale, and pipeline.

The Challenge

Businesses moving large volumes of money across borders faced unpredictable fees, fragmented systems, and limited cash visibility. The goal: one wallet to manage payments, permissions, and reconciliation — without losing control or transparency.

Our Role

We delivered a production-grade treasury platform with full FinOps capabilities:

• Multi-Currency Wallet — Fixed-fee global payments with real-time FX visibility;
• Open Banking Connectivity — PSD2-compliant direct bank integrations for improved liquidity;
• Permissions & Spend Management — Role-based controls, limits, and approval workflows;
• Automated Reconciliation — Real-time matching of inflows/outflows to internal and external ledgers.

The Challenge

The client needed modern infrastructure to support global refueling and ground handling operations — delivering real-time traceability, compliance, and automated payments at scale.

Our Role

We built two core systems:

• Ground Handling Suite — Contract, inventory, and transaction management with real-time payments and duty calculation;
• Fuel Platform 2.0 — A fully automated quote-to-pay platform with card issuance and multicurrency settlement.

The Challenge

EPS needed a large-scale modernization of its national grid infrastructure. The platform had to support real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, loss detection, and distributed energy resource integration across the Western Balkans.

Our Role

In partnership with NITES Group, we led the deployment of the region's largest Smart Grid and MDM platform via drone supervision:

• Unified Grid Platform — AI-powered analytics for predictive maintenance and grid fault detection;
• DER Orchestration System — Real-time integration of solar, wind, storage, and flexible demand;
• Energy Trading Engine — Market optimization tools to maximize returns and participation.

The Challenge

A Gulf-state government asked Meinhardt to modernize a nationwide school system — over 400 campuses — under a unified smart-city-grade mandate.

Our Role

In close collaboration with Meinhardt's domain experts, we led the concept and design of a unified Built Environment Management Tool — connecting BIM models, procurement systems, site telemetry, FM tickets, and carbon data into a single interface.
