The Challenge
The client needed modern infrastructure to support global refueling and ground handling operations — delivering real-time traceability, compliance, and automated payments at scale.
Our Role
We built two core systems:
- Ground Handling Suite — Contract, inventory, and transaction management with real-time payments and duty calculation;
- Fuel Platform 2.0 — A fully automated quote-to-pay platform with card issuance and multicurrency settlement.
The Outcome
The platform now serves over 250 fuel suppliers and 250+ tail numbers. Ground handling operations run with near-zero dispatch intervention. Live and scaling.
Global SAF Corp.
Asia's First End-to-End SAF Registry
The Challenge
The aviation industry needed a registry to track, verify, and issue Sustainable Aviation Fuel credits with full traceability and zero double-counting — aligned with international standards.
Our Role
We designed and built one of the world's first operational book-and-claim registries for SAF:
- CORSIA & RSB Aligned — Built to meet ICAO CORSIA and RSB verification standards;
- Chain-of-Custody — Full traceability from fuel production to credit retirement;
- Zero Double-Counting — Independent issuance with cryptographic safeguards.
The Outcome
The registry is now its own company at globalsaf.co — processing live credits for airlines, fuel suppliers, and corporates. When the thing you build outgrows you, that's the best outcome there is.
Bankwards
Multi-Currency Treasury — €80M+ in Q1
The Challenge
Businesses moving large volumes of money across borders faced unpredictable fees, fragmented systems, and limited cash visibility. The goal: one wallet to manage payments, permissions, and reconciliation — without losing control or transparency.
Our Role
We delivered a production-grade treasury platform with full FinOps capabilities:
- Multi-Currency Wallet — Fixed-fee global payments with real-time FX visibility;
- Open Banking Connectivity — PSD2-compliant direct bank integrations for improved liquidity;
- Permissions & Spend Management — Role-based controls, limits, and approval workflows;
- Automated Reconciliation — Real-time matching of inflows/outflows to internal and external ledgers.
The Outcome
In its first quarter post-launch, the platform processed over €80 million in transactions. Clients now benefit from predictable cost structures, reduced operational load, and real-time financial oversight.
EPS — National Electrical Company of Serbia
Smart Grid and Meter Data Management via Drone Supervision
The Challenge
EPS needed a large-scale modernization of its national grid infrastructure. The platform had to support real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, loss detection, and distributed energy resource integration across the Western Balkans.
Our Role
In partnership with NITES Group, we led the deployment of the region's largest Smart Grid and MDM platform via drone supervision:
- Unified Grid Platform — AI-powered analytics for predictive maintenance and grid fault detection;
- DER Orchestration System — Real-time integration of solar, wind, storage, and flexible demand;
- Energy Trading Engine — Market optimization tools to maximize returns and participation.
The Outcome
EPS now manages national grid operations with real-time asset visibility, enabling loss detection and increased resilience. The system is a regional benchmark for smart energy infrastructure.
Meinhardt Group
400+ Campuses — Built Environment Management
The Challenge
A Gulf-state government asked Meinhardt to modernize a nationwide school system — over 400 campuses — under a unified smart-city-grade mandate.
Our Role
In close collaboration with Meinhardt's domain experts, we led the concept and design of a unified Built Environment Management Tool — connecting BIM models, procurement systems, site telemetry, FM tickets, and carbon data into a single interface.
The Outcome
A validated solution blueprint, clickable prototype, and phased roadmap. The end buyer didn't fund the build, but the blueprint and prototype validated the approach. Big project, honest outcome.
