A Gulf-state government asked Meinhardt to modernize a nationwide school system—over 400 campuses—under a unified smart-city-grade mandate.
In close collaboration with Meinhardt’s domain experts, we led the concept and design of a unified Built Environment Management Tool. The platform connected BIM models, procurement systems, site telemetry, FM tickets, and carbon data into a single interface.
A validated solution blueprint, clickable prototype, and phased roadmap. The client adopted our specifications and issued their formal proposal based directly on our work.
The client needed modern infrastructure to support global refueling and ground handling operations—delivering real-time traceability, compliance, and automated payments.
Over the course of a year, we built three core systems:
– One of the world’s first operational book-and-claim registries for Sustainable Aviation Fuel, designed for audit-grade traceability;
– Contract, inventory, and transaction management with real-time payments and duty calculation;
– A fully automated quote-to-pay platform with card issuance and multicurrency settlement.
The SAF registry is now used by a Gulf-state national oil company to manage its entire SAF operation. The client's handling operations are now fully automated (with near-zero dispatch intervention), and Fuel Platform 2.0 is on track for a live launch in the coming months.
Businesses moving large volumes of money across borders faced unpredictable fees, fragmented systems, and limited cash visibility. The goal: one wallet to manage payments, permissions, and reconciliation—without losing control or transparency.
We delivered a production-grade treasury platform with full financial operations (FinOps) capabilities:
– Fixed-fee global payments with real-time FX visibility;
– Seamless syncing with external systems for simplified reporting;
– Role-based controls, limits, and approval workflows;
– Direct bank integrations for improved liquidity and faster settlements;
– Real-time matching of inflows/outflows to internal and external ledgers.
In its first quarter post-launch, the platform processed over €80 million in transactions. Clients now benefit from predictable cost structures, reduced operational load, and real-time financial oversight.
EPS needed a large-scale modernization of its national grid infrastructure. The platform had to support real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, fraud detection, and Distributed Energy Resources integration across the Western Balkans.
In partnership with NITES Group, we led the deployment of the region’s largest Smart Grid and MDM platform:
– AI-powered analytics for predictive maintenance and grid fault detection;
– Real-time integration of solar, wind, storage, and flexible demand sources;
– Market optimization tools to maximize returns and participation.
EPS now manages national grid operations with real-time asset visibility, enabling loss detection and increased resilience. The system is a regional benchmark for DER integration and smart energy infrastructure.
Healthcare providers needed a secure, efficient system to flag drug interactions at the point of care—without compromising speed, clinical accuracy, or regulatory compliance.
We designed and deployed a scalable, privacy-first interaction engine for use across EU and Balkan eHealth systems:
– Uses LLMs to detect contraindications, red flags, and interaction risks;
– Embedded into national prescription systems for seamless access;
– Natural language input support for flexible clinician workflows;
– Full compliance with GDPR and HIPAA, with audit logging and pseudonymization.
The platform enables clinicians to catch and address high-risk prescriptions before they’re issued—improving patient safety and reducing clinical and regulatory risk across healthcare systems.
